 But I did. I started the North Carolina Sampler by Heart's Ease Exampler Works.

60 pages of beautiful charts . I am using 37 count Russian Tea Cake and Vikki Clayton silks 

Not much of a start, but that's okay.

Another Band Done

 This band on the Phoenix Band Sampler by Northern Expressions Needlework took 5 stitching days. This piece is gorgeous and I want to start the next band...

Lots of Color

 Poppers is fun to stitch. Part of me thinks I should have done the original colorway. The other part of me is saying - just keep playing!

March 2026 Gifted Gorgeousness

 Well, I was more than surprised to receive this package in the mail from the previous president of the Tudor Rose Sampler Guild:

A beautiful engraved needle box, a needle minder and a pin. I'm currently serving as workshop chair for the guild but didn't expect anything for serving. What a wonderful gift!

Poppers Progress

 I should be finishing up the needle book but I don't have the brain space. So a few more squares of Poppers.

I Lied

 I decided to make a Dorset button for the closure on my scissors case.

A Finish!

 This was an old pattern from ANG that I started last March. It was a class from the Cyberpointers ANG chapter . Carol Algie Higginbotham was the designer.

Now to find some scissors to pop in the pocket.

I Think It's Done

 But I am thinking about adding beads. What do you think?

It still needs beads, but that will have to wait until I finish the rest of the sampler.

Blue Ribbon ANG Challenge

 My local needlepoint guild has a challenge. You set your own challenge and shared it with the guild. I said I would finish six pages of Christian Henry by Sassafras Samplers and a panel on Harmony of Nature Casket.

I'm done with the challenge for Christian Henry:

January WIPocalypse Check In

 Melissa's question is what is your oldest WIP in your stash.

Mine is definitely Venetian Delight by Ro Pace. This is what it should look like if I would ever finish it:

 I know why I haven't touched it. I don't like that it requires two pieces of canvas.  I doubt I will touch it this year, but I do plan to work on another old WIP, MH 1656 by Hands Across the Sea:

I need to do some ripping and finish the last third, but it is too pretty to abandon.

Hopefully I can FOCUS in February and get my WIP list down. But I am thinking about another start....
