A Bit Of Work on My Lizard

I'm not sure I like the claws, but am leaving them in until I get the bearded dragon's head done. I want to get this finished, but am stalled on the head. Maybe I will be brave and tackle it this week.

A Small Finish

My guild is going to do a year long project in 2023 and I am trying to get a head start.

I finished a couple of pages on the Erica Michael's Sampler Book. Hopefully I can get all the letters done early so I can help anyone who needs it.

My goal is to use what is in my stash. We will see if I stick to that....

A Play Date with Friends

I was able to join some friends at the library to play with dyes and fabric. The plan is to make a quilt for my daughter. Hopefully she likes it.

TUSAL for October 2022

It is the New Moon and so it is time for the Totally Useless SAL. I have managed some stitching time and I wanted to show my orts for the month!

The Struggle is Real

I have been super busy with life and it feels like I don't have much stitching time. Alice Ellen Usher by Sassafras Samplers is nice as I can do a letter and feel like I am accomplishing something.

She is a big girl!

My goal is to get the first five pages done and then she can live in the basement over Christmas. I am super close to that goal!

Gifted Gorgeousness October 2022

Gifted Gorgeousness is the brainchild of our favorite blogger Jo at Serendipitous Stitching . You post a photo of things that are a gift, were gifted to you, etc.

I have been struggling with stitching time. But here is Pour ta Fete by Lindsey Lane Designs. It is For the Party and maybe gifted to the original stitcher's aunt?

I am almost done with the little rose motif. Then back up to the top of the project!

A True Finish

I don't remember when I finished stitching this....was it 2020? Anyway, I finally found a frame and my husband finished it for me.

Enchanted Pumpkin by Mill Hill:

Now once I saw it finished, I thought "Don't I have another pumpkin design?" Sure enough, I do! Are you surprised?

But then I reminded myself of all the projects on my to do list....But I think this will be on my list for 2023.

What?!? It's October?!?

Well, life is going at a full trot as they say. I wanted to post some photos of what I have been stitching.

But first, here is my calendar for September:

Here is my progress on Pour ta Fete by Linsey Lane Designs:

This shows the true color of the linen:
