I really enjoy stitching this piece:

A Bit Off But....

I am not thrilled with my outline on More Than A Rose:

My rabbit has a very odd eye and I am not so sure about the stem on the acorn. But I am going to keep going. I think it will be fine in the long run. It is, after all, a learning piece.

A Hill!

I have been spending a lot of time with Springhill by Rosewood Manor Designs.

The fact that I have started on the hill shows how much time I have spent on it.

I realized I never showed my Book of Days from September:

I have blank squares from the days we were traveling.

Here are my pages from October:

I like keeping track of what I stitch each day. I don't count stitches, nor how long each day, but I like seeing what projects are calling my name.

I Have a Bird!

I just love this piece! I am so excited that I have this bird in place as now I can start on the hill that is underneath.

I have tons left to do and I don't get much done when I get time to stitch. But none of that matters, this makes me happy.

Here is What I "Should" Be Stitching

This is the Group Correspondence Course that I am taking with my local guild. I like it, but I am having trouble wanting to stitch on it. Since I am leading this, I think I need to pick it back up:

I think it will be more fun when I start adding colors.

Comfort Stitching

For some reason, I am super stressed since coming home from vacation. Maybe it is just the way the world is right now. So I feel like I should be working on certain projects, but I can not get the energy stitch on them. But that is ok. I am giving myself permission to stitch on Springhill. I am in love with the colors and it makes me happy.

Here is how it looks right now.:

I've been busy canning too. A friend gave me pumpkins so I put them up.

Broke a quart jar and under filled another quart...But I have 5 quarts and 7 pints on pumpkin goodness. And I am baking pumpkin apple bread as I type. Life is good.
