So I thought this Avlea would be the perfect project for taking to family events. Two colors. Simple design. 30 count fabric.
But I didn't follow the pattern.
I thought my brain could flip the bottom swirl and stitch it. I did stitch it. Incorrectly. Oh well. Note to self: make a copy and grab an extra magnet to have motif close so I can follow it

Beth: I do like the thread colors, I made a vest in the nineties and reversed the design it was hard.
