A friend talked me into getting this when she ordered them in for the guild. Not that it took much persuasion as I had seen one of her "Patches" projects done. Susan Kerndt has a whole series of these but I did a quick search and could not find them. Below is a picture of the fabric I intend to use for this piece.
And if you want to see someone who as actually done some work on the piece, look at Terese's piece At Willow Tree Pond

A number of people did these in Denver. We had a lovely exhibit in Denver at the Foothills EGA group. There are pictures on their Facebook page.
I love this fabric.
Pretty design Beth. That is needlepoint right. How to you stitch on the fabric?
Linda
I really like the fabric with the birds.

Thanks for the link to my blog, Beth.
Did you find a picture of the completed piece? Here's a link-OMG-its one of my favorite pieces. Your fabric looks like it will go wonderfully with this.

Very neat. I don't have these skills, but I admire those who do.
This is going to be a lot of work but I think it will be worth it when it's done. Good luck with it :)

Lovely design. It's a mixture of needlepoint and fabric sewn onto the canvas?
Jo-yes it is. Teresa-have to find the competed piece.
I love the fabric you have chosen... I think you might have to get started on this one real soon!! :o)
