Longest Day of the Year

 I was going to join Jo over at  Serendipitous Stitching for her Longest Day Stitching Marathon, but life has happened. But I did start a new piece! Surprise, surprise!

Alice Ellen Usher by Sassafras Samplers :

I'm using a piece of Fox and Rabbit  40 count linen,( but I can't remember the name...), and Classic Colorworks Belle Soie Blue Lagoon, single strand. My oldest son was home and I had him do some math for me. Hey! He is a mechanical engineer.... We figured if I do one letter a day and take 3 days on a band(ha!), it will take about 3 years....That is a big IF.

I knew you'd find an excuse for a new start!
Love those alphabets. One letter a day sounds like a great plan. My advice is to do it first, before you do anything else. That's how I kept up when I did my 10-a-Day projects.
