A Finish and A Start

 I finished Red, White and Blue by Primrose Cottage.

So I started Patriotic Quaker by Primrose Cottage.

Well, actually I have two starts.

On Flag Day- June 14- I started The Pledge of Allegiance by Plum Street Samplers.

Some people are trying to finish before the Fourth of July. I hope to also but not this 4th of July!!!

I think my counting is ok despite the marking lines being off. I will move up the right side and see what happens.

 I spent the day with my local EGA and made progress on Poppers by Kathy Rees.

I didn't take any pictures of the stitching going on around me. But take my word for it!

60 pages of beautiful charts . I am using 37 count Russian Tea Cake and Vikki Clayton silks 

Not much of a start, but that's okay.

Another Band Done

 This band on the Phoenix Band Sampler by Northern Expressions Needlework took 5 stitching days. This piece is gorgeous and I want to start the next band...

Lots of Color

 Poppers is fun to stitch. Part of me thinks I should have done the original colorway. The other part of me is saying - just keep playing!
