Well, it is the first International Hermit and Stitch weekend of the year. This is the idea of Jo's over on Serendipitous Stitching. There's a Facebook page too with lots of lovely eye candy.

Sheri at Colorado Cross Stitch needed a thread which I had in my stash. ( I have stash!?!) I mailed it to her and she was so kind to send me this floss holder and thread winders.
So kind and totally unnecessary.

I look forward to working on the house.So I finally finished my second pear. It's a little chunky but I still love it.
I really want to stitch the apple sometime this year.
